Full refunds

You may cancel your paid Vutore™ · Events event and receive a full refund at any time before the event ends. Once your event's end time has passed, refunds are no longer available through self-service.

How to cancel

Open your event in the Vutore™ · Events dashboard, then click the Cancel & refund link in the actions bar. You'll be asked to confirm before anything is processed.

Refund timeline

Refunds are issued immediately to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit typically appears within 5–10 business days.

Free events

Free-tier events have no charge and are not subject to this policy.

Exceptions and disputes

If your event has already ended and you believe a refund is warranted, or if you experience any issue with the cancellation flow, please contact us at support@vutore.com. We review all requests and respond within one business day.
