What happens if Vutore™ is down during my event?
Photos taken during an outage are queued on guests' phones and uploaded automatically once connectivity returns. We've never had unplanned downtime exceed 5 minutes, and our infrastructure runs on the same cloud platforms used by Netflix, Slack, and Shopify.
How long do you keep my photos?
Photo retention depends on your plan — from 1 month on Free up to 12 months on Wedding & Celebration. You'll get an email 7 days before deletion with a final download reminder. We never delete photos without warning you first.
How many guests can join my event?
It depends on your plan. Free allows up to 5 guests, Small Gatherings allows up to 75 guests. Wedding & Celebration has no guest limit.
Can guests see each other's photos?
Yes — on plans that include the Guest Gallery (Small Gatherings, Wedding & Celebration). Once a guest uploads one photo they unlock the live gallery and can browse, heart, and download what others have shared. No account needed.
Does the live slideshow cost extra?
The live slideshow is available on Wedding & Celebration plans. Open the slideshow URL on any browser connected to your venue's screen — no software, no HDMI adapters needed. Photos appear within seconds of each guest upload.
What if a guest uploads something inappropriate?
Every photo is screened in under a second before appearing in the gallery. Anything borderline gets flagged for your review — you approve, restore, or delete with one tap. You're always in control, even when you're busy with your guests.
Is my data private?
Your photos are stored in encrypted cloud storage and only accessible via your event's unique link. We never sell, share, or train AI on your photos.
Does it work without WiFi?
Yes, as long as guests have cellular data. We've stress-tested Vutore™ at rural barns and outdoor venues. Uploads queue and retry automatically if the connection drops.
Can I get a refund if my event is cancelled?
Yes — full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. After that, we'll credit you toward a future event.
