When does my event expire?
Events are active for up to 14 days after they start. Photos are retained for 1 month on the free plan and longer on paid plans.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — cancel any paid event before it ends for a full refund. See our refund policy for details.
What happens when my event ends?
You can download the full photo collection as a ZIP at any time. Photos are automatically deleted at the end of the retention period.
