Do guests need a specific app to scan the QR code?

Can people without smartphones participate?
Guests need a phone with a camera and a browser, which covers nearly everyone at a typical event. For the rare holdout, any other guest can snap the photo and upload it for them — uploads aren't limited per person.
How many people can upload to one event?
Depends on the plan: up to 5 guests free, 75 on Small Gatherings ($29), and unlimited on Wedding & Celebration ($59). Photo counts are unlimited on all paid plans.
Is the QR code secure? Can strangers find my gallery?
Each event has a unique, unguessable link, and the gallery is only accessible through it. Photos are stored encrypted, never sold or shared, and AI moderation screens every upload before it appears.
What happens to the photos after the event?
They stay in your gallery for your plan's retention period (1–12 months), and you can download the complete full-resolution ZIP anytime. You'll always get an email warning a week before anything would expire.
